I am 12st 5lbs this week. 3lbs off.

Thank you Furball and WELL DONE Tortoise! I wish I could report like progress, but although I lost a pound this week I put it on again by this morning's weigh-in. So no change here....

wow Jambuttie 6lbs on that is shit shit shit, usually though it comes off quite easily [fingers crossed] it may well be fuelled by different times of the month etc which have exagerated the gain. [another fingers crossed emotion]

I wish it was as simple as my "bad" week but I had a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago

you need to forget about it, put it behind you and look forwards. You can soon undo the damage and hopefully you'll be on track. I admire your honesty as well, most of us would probably of ignored this thread if they were you.

i am 10 3 this week. i bought my first ever 2 piece swimsuit this week! it is basically one piece cut in half but i am v. excited. if you had said to me this time last year i would even contemplate such a thing i would have laughed in your face and promply eaten a croisant. not being boasty (hopefully)

Sorry been away, so I'm a bit late in posting.

2lb off for me this week. Down to 11st 1lb. Hoping to get below the 11st mark for next week.

12st 7lbs this week so i think that's a pound down. I've been backwards and forwards over the same 4lbs for months now!

Well done to everyone that's lost weight, big hugs to those that haven't.

I've got a big incentive now as my friend has revealed her choice of bridesmaid dresses. Let's just say that they were designed with 18 year old gymnasts in mind, not a 32 year old woman who birthed and breastfed two babies in just over two years and whose tummy is more bouncy castle than trampoline. I'm just consoling myself with the fact that there is a great range of support underwear on the market!
