Hello all I'm 35 with an underactive thyroid/pcos and still feeding my one year old.
I've never lost weight feeding I'm a stone heavier than when I fell pregnant and overall need to lose 6 ish stone. What healthy plan can I try? Slimming world I've tried but get about a stone off and lose focus. Ww is good but I found it hard monitoring and noting everything similar to calorie counting.
So I'm pondering 5:2 but I'm not sure I need something that is easier to slot into a life with small people around anyone offer some pearls of wisdom. ? Thanks
