Ds2 is 14 months, and I'm still 3 stone overweight. I only lost a bit after having him, and nothing since December.

I'm running as much as I can fit in, averaging say 5km a night 4 nights a week, but trying to up it a bit. I did an hour the other night, but as dh works very long and odd hours, I cant stick to a regular routine.

I eat a few shit things, but really not many (only sometimes when you have to grab when rushing around out of home). I know I could do with cutting everything out except vegetables really, but its a logistical nightmare.

I've been taking xenical for a few months, with zero success. Not a pound has gone.

And its not that I'm regaining muscle, as my body shape is totally unchanged too.

Prior to the boys, I ran half marathons, was very healthy feeling, and looked fine.
I'm at a loss what else to try.

BTW there is no group. I go to the counsellors house and just get weighed and purchase the stuff. Take my kids too. I cant see why you couldnt buy more than one week at a time either.

they can sell you up to 4 weeks at a time, according to my counsellor. I've found the reduction in our wine bill, plus the lack of having to replace the kids biscuits and stuff makes up the difference between what we're saving in not catering for me in meals and me buying the foodpacks. It's hard though, and not for everyone.
Are you actually eating enough? Sometimes if you're not having the quantity of food (but not so little calories that things like Cambridge work) then your body just hangs onto what it does get. And do you drink enough water?
