Trying to quit the white stuff. During the day I find it fairly easy to not eat sugary snacks, but something happens to me around 9pm and I CRAVE the nasty stuff. Chocolate with nuts in and haribo are my demons. Am going to try and go cold turkey from tomorrow- Any tips on alternative snacks that are going to satisfy my needs?! Also, has anyone had any success in using essential oils to beat sugar cravings? Thanks x
