Any stories?
I am on a long-term quest to lose weight (about 2 stone) and maintain. I've lost one stone already, over 9 months on-and-off, just changing habits. I can't "starve" myself as I get crabbit and weak. I just need a bit of support for the next stone!
Did any people here do this successfully, or are in the middle of it? Any things that you found helpful or worked especially well? Any challenges?
