WW or SW

I'm looking for healthier eating in the long term with coincidental weight loss (only a stone to lose).
My worst habit is wine (2-3 glasses. It's nights) and a daily packet of crisps.
I'm very weak and likely to reward myself with a glass of treat. I need something that I can track my progress on (an app I suppose).

For me WW because their points system is all about teaching you portion size and healthy food choices.
It encourages you to experiment and tweak recipes and try foods you may not have tried before.

I’ve done both and find ww much better . The app is amazing and you can eat what you like instead of bulking out with healthy food which I sometimes don’t fancy . I like eating bread and such like and having crisps for breakfast so prefer it .

I feel SW is ultimately 'healthier' as youre supposed to bulk out all meals with a third 'speed' food (most veg, some fruits) and it gets you into a whole new mindset.

I've done both, did ww many years ago pre children and am currently doing SW.
Ww does teach portion control more than sw, the problem I had was I started saving my points to have the rubbish like wine and chips and not really eating very healthily!
The way sw works is it doesn't matter how much or little of the good stuff you eat, your treat type food allowance is the same. So I eat much more healthily, to my appetite with sw.
When I did ww, fruit had points so I hardly ever ate it at home as a snack as I could have something like crisps for the same points. Now I eat stuff like fruit as a snack as it is free! I think that's changed about ww now, but that's just an example. I definitely eat more healthily on sw.
Good luck whichever you choose. They've both worked for me. I only regained the ww weight when I had children, kept it off about 3 years. It does work if you stick to it.

Yes I've heard the ww app is very good.

I think that I'll go for WW as they have a free month offer.

I'd look at rebelfit...
