I've started walking the 5 miles to and fro home from my dd school .I take bus with her;but walk otherwise;so
Walk at least10 miles A day and have dropped a dress size! Any advice to further this?

What do you mean? Advice on how to lose weight apart from exercising or ideas for more exercise? Probably help to factor diet changes in too if you haven't already maybe?

Brilliant well done you! Is there anything in your diet that you could stop eating and not care about? That way you won't feel deprived and you'll start adjusting your diet without cravings.

Agree with this. Weight loss / fat loss is mainly about diet not exercising.
