One year to lose it all

I have a family wedding in 1 year and several stone to lose. Where do I start!

Knees are knackered so will stick to daily dog walks for exercise until the first couple of stone at least.

What's the best diet plan/club right now? I did WW 10 years ago and lost 5st, which is all (and more) back on. Emotional eater especially last tough 2-3 years where it's really got out of control.

Think I need the discipline of a club to at least kick start me. Like the idea of curves but not ready for that physically yet.

Well I,m not going to recommend a club but you could do Paul Mackenna I Can Make You Thin with one I suppose. It's the best IMO I lost 3 stone on it, It took about a year.

It addresses all the emotional sides of eating, liking yourself etc. , there are books CDs DVDs too .

Hi, I am starting the exante meal replacement diet on Monday. I am almost 20 stone so have about 10 to lose. I am an emotional eater too so no food is better for me although making family meals is tough. I aim to drink nice flavoured fizzy water through the cooking Hmm
It's not expensive
