Anyone else do this?? I'm 3 pounds off my goal weight.

For the first time in my life I was sensible about it! Healthy eating and smaller portions and less snacking and cutting down on treats (rather than just crash/fad diets) and regular exercise (weights/yoga 3-4 times a week). I've lost 35 pounds. DH is also totally on board and has lost the same amount.

So why now they I'm sooooo close have I started overeating dramatically??! I weigh myself on Saturdays. After my weigh in I went to a cafe and chose the most fastening brownie thing there! I had desert after dinner. On Sunday I ate about 6 shortbread fingers along with a chicken ceaser salad covered in dressing (that wasn't under my control, we were at PILs). I can't seem to pull myself together to just stop!!!

We're going on holiday (to Florida) in less than 2 weeks and for the first time in my adult life I bought a bikini. But I'm wondering if I'll get to wear it as I seem determined to put weight on.

Anyone have this happen??And how the hell do I stop!!
