I need to lose weight/tone up. Only about a stone (but that's enough!) I used to work 4 hours a day, run two miles before work and do a 45 min aerobics tape after, but now I've changed jobs and stand behind a till for 7/8 hours 5 or 6 days a week. My feet and knees hurt...

I'm running again, slowly, with my dogs, on mornings when i'm not on an early shift, but can anyone give me any exercise I can do whilst standing at a till (not noticeable to the public, please!) to help me tone up?.

And my diet is shocking. I eat muesli for breakfast before I go on shift, but only get a 20 min break at work, which isn't long enough (for me) to eat a meal, so I eat carbs to give me the energy to get through the shift. What can I eat whilst at work that will keep me on my feet and not consist of enough calories to run a rugby squad?
