Hi all, secretly hoping some ladies from the when will this labour start thread will join me on this one!
I had my DC2 on Sunday, he is beautiful and I'm so happy :)
I gained 20kg during the pregnancy (gained 40kg!!! With DC1 so not too worried), but I lost 10kg straight away after DC1. This time I'm only 5kg down. So Ive got 15Kg to lose. I'm a bit disappointed. I worked out 5-6x a week even the day before I went into labour!
I'm giving myself this week to recover (normal delivery, no tearing/stitches etc) and will be back into exercise next week. I'm eating really healthy for BF. Anyone got tips or advice? I did lose it all the first time around, I'm just wondering if I'll be so lucky this time.........

It could be fluid your body is hanging onto. I'd be surprised if you don't lose another few kgs in the next week or so. Don't be too hard on yourself.
Sorry hit into this post by accident but didn't want to not reply. Congratulations

Hey twobambinos thanks for the reply. It would appear that I've caught a tummy bug from my son so no doubt that will speed it up. Feel ripped off, an awfully painful labour to be followed by this 6 days later 😞😟
