Ive slowly started gaining weight after losing 4st but never quite making my target.
Im gutted and dont want to end up back at square one, but my god i am HUNGRY! Literally even after ive eaten im still starving.
Im not doing anything fancy just reduced my kcals. Thing is im only 5'2 and work in and office all day with little chance to exercise so down to between 1200-1400cals a day.
My stomach thinks my throat has been cut. Anyone else in the same boat want to motivate each other through the early days? I have about 1stone 10lbs to lose to actually make it to my target finally!
