I've had a go at trying to cut out wheat from my diet over the past week. Some friends have said it's helped cut out bloating and they feel much better for it. I think over the whole week I've had one wholemeal pitta and a slice of seeded bread as far as wheat goes.
And I am farting like an absolute trooper!!
I've even got trapped wind which is horrid and all I want to do is lay on my side and let rip. Delightful, obviously, and dh is certainly one lucky fella come bed-time!
I though it was sposed to cut all the excess wind out, not increase it! I'm a veggie so eat loads of fruit and veg and pulses but don't usually suffer from wind - not to this extent, anyway!
Shall I give it more time or just give up?
