DH and I have said 'enough is enough' about our growing waistlines after being told we were too heavy to go on the zip wire on holiday.
Inspired by the Joe Cross documentary 'Fat Sick and Nearly Dead' we have decided to undertake a juice fast / reboot and got ourselves a new juicer.
It turns out that celery and cucumber juice aren't actually too bad!
Yesterday and today have been juice throughout the day and then dinner in the evening, from tomorrow we will be on just juice.
Does anyone have any tips or recipes they would like to share. Apparently we have to try to stick to 80% veggies and 20% fruit and if we follow that we will be fine...
I'm starving!!!
