try and get hold of Luciemule - she's doing it v successfully

Unlike slimfast you only drink the drinks (later you can add bars) and don't eat any real food at all. You are supposed to see a counsellor and you should drink lots of water. YOu lose weight very quickly and it is very motivating. I have done it very unofficially by buying stuff off Ebay and have lost just under a stone and a half in about three weeks (blimey!)
Some people have lost stones and stones. It is a very low calorie diet but the only downside I have found is that it makes you feel cold all the time.

Thanks. I've contacted by email a local counsellor. Is it do able just as easily by yourself?

Think it depends. I didn't have enough weight to lose to do it officially, tbh, but I could not stick with weight watchers etc - too complicated and took too long.

hercules1 · 29/03/2007 19:27

I have just over 3 stone to lose. Is there a minimum then? I cant do complex ones either, not that and feed the rest of the family too. That's why I like slimfast plus I actually like the shakes.

I've just started my second week and I think my counsellor is pretty hopeless -just sells me the stuff really - think I know more than she does. You could just as easily buy the soups from ebay - but do you get mixed packs that way - at least I can buy a mixture and return the flavours than really made me gag!

hercules1 · 29/03/2007 20:11

Just had a mail back from the counsellor but she lives too far away for me to visit every week really. Will look on ebay.

thanks for the compliment snipersmum but once Hercules reads my latest threads, she'll realise how much I've been cheating this week! Not a good ambassador fro the CDiet this week I'm afraid (the Nutella was calling pre-AF)
