I'm 46 almost 47, I don't know what I weigh have no scales, I was at a family event over the weekend I bought a nice floral floaty sleeveless top wore black jeans later in the day I say a group photo I looked enormous omg I was raging, I also noticed I was fixing my hair I've got fat hanging off my arm dimples can you have cellulite on your arms I've no cellulite on my legs, I'm returning to work next month after a long illness I've been out for almost a year, I have started menopause and I was taking tablets which I took for 5 months but now I've stopped think it might have contributed to the weight gain, please please can anyone advise me I used to go spinning I loved it but it's 2 years since I did that I'd imagine I'd be 11.5 possibly more I'm 5 foot 6? Feeling quiet bad about this now

Come join us on the 5:2 board? I'm really benefiting from it - definitely more a new way of eating / way of life than a standard diet.
