I stuck this in the wrong thread. Here goes in the right one.
I'm having a go at the Total one. It's a bit like Weightwatchers. Is anyone else doing this? I need to shift a bit (Am going to the gym tomorrow) and would be glad of the virtual company if anyone else needs moral support.
And I have just been baking so will need to steer clear of the apple cake I've just made (I has apple chunks in it, does that count towards my five per day?).
