Have just ordered this DVD for days when I don't make it to the swimming pool - has anyone done this and had good results? How long did you spend doing it each day?
I have 3st to loose Blush and am using mfp to track calories.

Loved it, I started with the Beginers Shred as my shoulders aren't that strong & moved to the 30DS. It really does tone you up and improved my posture. A year on & I need to dig the dvd's out again as I've gained a stone and not been exercising at all!

I've done it, I think I'm going to ache tomorrow!

SloeGinRocks · 08/07/2017 20:52

Oh boy I was so in pain the next day! Then I got a really heavy period this week so have done nothing 😞
Who is up for a fresh start Monday?

Can I join you on Monday?
I've lost 3 stone since having my fourth dc but I'm wobbly and need to tone up and lose a bit more.
I started the beginners shred a few months ago but didn't continue. I'm going on holiday in six weeks and would like to feel a bit happier in my cossie.

Blondielongie · 08/07/2017 21:10

Hi. I finished the shred. All 30 days.
But I did 14 days level 1, 15 days level 3. There was one day of level 2 in the middle but it killed my wrists doing that hand -walking down push up.

Felt amazing and strong after. Much more toned. And that was me following the 'lazy' one. Anita?

What motivated me was as soon as I got in to put on gym stuff and get it ready. Then once I knew it well enough, Have it on mute on laptop and watched tv at same time iyswim.

Good luck all :) :)

Ouch I'm so achy today, going to man up and do the workout again today though!

Hi, I've been doing the 30 day shred, I'm on level 3 day 5 at the moment. I'm finding level 3 easier than level 2, bizarrely! I've got loads of her dvds, I'm going to mix them up after I've finished the shred.

shamoffour · 09/07/2017 19:56

The DVD is out and the weights are out of their box. My plan is to drop off the kids and do it as soon as I walk through the door. I know as soon as I've done 3 days I will be fine!

OpalIridescence · 12/07/2017 20:32

Well ten days after I was determined to start I have finally completed level 1 day 1, hurrah!! Grin

UsernameTaken2 · 13/07/2017 16:10

I'm thinking of trying (please?Smile)

My only problem is trying to work out how to do it in the garden instead of indoors.
The only room where I have plenty of space to move is the lounge and the floorboards are ruined and wouldn't take the hammering. Also it's so hot at night I'd probably pass out if I was to do it indoors.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I could do it outside? (I don't have a tablet or laptop to take outside btw)

I got to 21 days in last year, then found out I was pregnant! i now have a 3 month old baby and desperately need some Jillian in my life. I just watched it on youtube rather than forking out for a DVD. I'll start tonight if my cluster feeding milk monster lets me.

PhDPepper · 02/08/2017 03:44

I'm 14 days into this DVD and have lost 10 inches from my waist! It's so good and I feel amazing for it!
