Hi! When I wake up I'm going to be starting my weight loss challenge as I'm looking forward to feeling healthy and looking good in clothes.

I have felt like crap for so long eating chocolate like it's going out of fashion or kebabs Chinese curries etc.

Tomorrow has been in my head for some time now so I'm really looking forward to tomorrow being the day I start working on making me healthy and with that more confident and positive me too

So does anyone want to join me?

Very happy to hand hold. I started Sunday. Got way more than 2 stones to Luckily I drink far too much wine and beer regularly Blushso hopefully by just cutting that out it will give a massive quick boost. How are you doing it?

I'm 5lb into 11/2 stone to lose, I've been doing it for about 6 weeks now, so just taking it slow and steady. What plan are you following Emmac? I use mfp but seem to be having fewer calories early in the week so I can relax a bit more towards the weekend. Not quite fasting though.

Good luck, I can only say I feel so good when I wake in the morning knowing the previous day was a success. Equally I know when I have indulged that it's okay and just get back on track.

I'm doing Herbalife. I quite like it because it's easy. I do a lot of travel for work so I find it easy to find water. The other option is go and find somewhere and it's always a huge lunch. I also drink way too much

I always watch these threads but need to join in. Have about 2 st to lose but also involved in a wedding next year where I don't want to be the biggest there!

I am fed up of calorie counting though - so not sure what my plan is - smaller portions and cut out refined sugar and chocolate I think.

Calorie counting is working for me, have done sw in the past. I have been eating quite a lot of ready made food which makes it easier, loads of strawberries and melon as they are the lowest calorie fruits and unlimited crudités.

I've cut out wine on mon, tues, wed and thinking about Sunday as well, although that will be hard.

I try to get enough sleep as I know I turn to wine/rubbish food when I'm exhausted. I guess identifying triggers helps to avoid falling off the wagon.

I know shakes aren't for everyone but they work for me as I'm busy during the day so it's easy. I can have a nice dinner at night

Another good thing to look at is your relationship with food. I lost 2 stone before, using Paul McKenna program.

Whatever works for you at the end of the day. I know I get 2 weeks down the line and I'm thinking oh I should try something different so that is what I know I do so need to do something about it. I will not give up

So this is my 4 day and I would like to confirm I'm not at my ideal weight 😂 but I am feeling a lot better than I was last week. It's amazing a week of eating cleaner can do!!

I've been ok with food choices - so long as I'm prepared I'm fine. It's the starving hungry - ooh kids haribo - that I need to avoid. At least the weather means I'm happy to eat salads!
