So I lost about a stone quite quickly due to stress. I wasn't overweight before hand. I prefer how my body looks now as my tummy is lovely and flat and toned for the first time since having my kids and I don't look bloated like I used to. BUT my boobs have shrunk and it's making me sad. I had good boobs Sad so... I'd like to put back on half a stone at the most, can I get my boobs back?! How can I keep a nice figure, and regain my boobs and weight healthily?

I'm not sure how to go about this? I have a bad back so I can't really weight train ..

I think what I'm asking is, how can I put on half a stone (without eating junk) and get my boobs back or am I asking the impossible??

Before I ate healthily but did also eat a lot of junk, cake bar of chocolate, crisps so I was about 8 stone 10 and my belly and thighs were flabby and puffy. Now they are not but boobs and curves have disappeared now I'm a stone lighter?

You could try upping your calories in a healthy way and exercise. See if thay works. But it you cant really choose where it goes on. Unfortunately Sad

The trouble is I can't eat a lot at the moment due to stress..... food makes me feel sick. I am eating but having to force myself to eat. Fruit is ok, can eat that. But breakfast and lunch are hard especially as the kids aren't around to worry about being a good role model for! I am vegetarian so try to make sure I have plenty of protein...

You can't pick where the fat goes on I'm afraid. A padded bra that fits properly will work wonders!

So if I put weight on it won't necessarily go back on where it lost?

How can I prevent the bloat/flab? I have low carb but only because most carbs give me bad stomach ache....

You can do weight training and it will help your general shape, but no - you can't choose where fat goes on or off! Mine hangs around on my thighs and bum ... When I lost weight it went off chest area and tummy first.

Will weights affect my back though? I have a bad back from an accident and see a chiropractor regularly. I get quite a bit of pain from it. I would have to join the gym for that though and I can't afford to do that monthly just now....

Wether you can do weights will depend on the issue. It often helps peoples backs.

If you cant eat, how are you going to put on any weight, even if it would go on your boobs?

I lost a lot of weight.... my bum, thighs and stomach look great but my boobs, which were good and my favourite thing about myself have shrunk. I'm trying to work out if I could get back to my old weight, or a little bit under, and get my boobs back but be toned! No idea what I'm doing to be honest!

I am eating... just not loads..
