Please help. Low fat diet

Due to health issues I am to follow a low fat diet. I've been low carb/high fat for 3 years so I'm struggling.

Is there a good low fat plan to follow? I like how fat keeps you full and hate how low calorie stuff like mayo and yoghurt is completely full of crap. Any tips?

What would you eat before? Based on that maybe we can help make changes.

Breakfast is full fat yoghurt with berries

Lunch would be tuna with full fat mayo and veg sticks or home made soup such as butternut squash and bacon

Dinner is usually something like chicken thighs with roasted veg and chorizo or last night was bolobaise with cauliflower rice.

Sometimes I'll have an omelette or bacon and eggs. Or chicken salad with dressing.

Breakfast try adding some oats and have less yoghurt? There is a Skyr yoghurt which is high protein, low fat, low sugar which is nice and thick, you'd have to look at the ingredients.

The lunch seems OK, it's low fat not no fat, presumably you are only having a tablespoon or so of mayo? You could add more salad or lean protein like prawns, chicken etc.

Again dinner sounds OK, obviously chorizo is quite fatty, but a little goes a long way for flavour. Would you add a tablespoon of brown rice and cut down the dressings/oils/fatty meats?

I think you can tweak all that rather than change every meal.

Thanks. I'll change meat cuts over for sure to see if that helps.
