Hiya,
I've been doing calorie-controlled for a while and have lost about a stone and a half which I'm chuffed about. But I've hit the dreaded plateau and despite continuing with my calorie controlled, I seem to be losing nothing 
Anyone out there to offer some advice/motivation. I've got a way to go, I go on holiday in 5 weeks and I'd like to lose a wee bit more in that time
