Started sw (again) the other day and whilst it no doubt works I'm starting to wonder if anyone has done it the natural way. As in, not getting madly into a diet but just thinking about what you're eating and just making healthier choices e.g. Butter doesn't have to go on toast in slices ( who knew) and not having pudding after every meal. So I suppose what I'm asking is has anyone just had a switch go off in there head, made small changes , maybe lost a pound a week and hey presto, one year later four stone has disappeared. Or am I deluding myself
