I'm getting married in 2019 so got sometime to lose but also got 7st to lose.

I was thinking no sugar, low carb. Is it possible to do at the same time? What do you eat and drink? I'm not a great cook so looking for easy to cook. I don't like fish really but can eat cod and tuna. Recipes would be great.

Have you thought of joining a Slimming club like Slimming world or weight watchers? You've got time for a lifestyle change and would probably find that more manageable long term.

I found low carb a great way to lose weight and very sustainable. I'd suggest looking at the low carb bootcamp topic, it looks like there is a new bootcamp starting on 22 May. I did it this time last year and was really successful and found it really helpful to be on the support thread.

The following website is a great resource for low carb eating: www.dietdoctor.com
