Anyone done this??
It is my day 1 today. I will be doing the hiit later on. How on earth are you supposed to eat so much food?
I've just forced lunch down, haven't yet had a snack and I could have happily have just survived on breakfast for most of the day!!
Hopeful of feeling starving after I've actually done the excersize.
