I don't have my thing with me but my ww soup is 1 point for 74 cal's and 0.1g sat fat so I'd guess it's about 4 points.

Gingerbear · 12/03/2007 16:53

4.5 points

hotmama · 12/03/2007 16:54

if you want rice with it - 100g uncooked rice is 5 points (about enough for 2 people when cooked)

YOU are only a ,member, once you are a goldmember if you go and get weighed in about 4 times a year or something like that and obvioulsy are at goal still...and only then can you get the stuff from the stall, well, as far as I know!
Do you still know someone who goes to WW that could get you the things you want?

CODalmighty · 12/03/2007 17:08

i am gold too

Gingerbear · 12/03/2007 18:17

my SIL attends meetings - what are you after?

Beetrootccio · 12/03/2007 18:18

went today - hae 6 pounds to lose.

Beetrootccio · 12/03/2007 18:19

just go along - you don't have to pay anyway - to join

3andnomore · 13/03/2007 09:41

Beetroot, don't think it will work if the person is not at their target anymore, thoguh, then you have to pay for your weigh in and possibly aswell the registration...

CODalmighty · 13/03/2007 20:07

how much have you lost beety?

Beetrootccio · 14/03/2007 09:10

i went along - having never reached my target - always 4 lbs off!!

I had given my book to my mate

I had not been since Sept

They said toe register again and be weighed and I just paid for weighing.

Cod so far 6 pounds

3 to go!!

Well, I suppose, lol, seeing that they always do vouchers anywya, it probably doesn't really make a difference...I printed a voucher off, of their website and took it, as I went to a different meeting....not that I was this way Both Kids ill and me stuffing my face and just feeling rotten and sorry for myself (as I do when I don't get enough sleep nowadays)...I took a holiday...well, didn't think they wanted our germs anyway...as ms was down with a nasty virus infection
