Hi everyone
Over the years I have tried so many diets but not am I still over weight but I also feel that I have a really bad relationship with food. One thing I have never tried is Slimming World - I have found there is a class tomorrow morning so have decided to give it a go. I feel that I need some support, trying to do it on my own is obviously not working. I don't really know about SW at all so I would love to hear from people who do - what are your tips for success? What has worked for you? Would also just love to hear from anyone following the plan successfully at the moment - looking for lots of positivity and inspiration!
