I'm a really fussy eater and hardly like much, I've had cbt and hypnotherapy for it, I don't like foods that have a smell (onions, oranges, banana)
A list of food I do like:
Pasta (plain), red meat & chicken, bread, milk, cereal, potato, cheese, rice, peas, spaghetti hoops/ravioli then choc 🙈
Is there any diet in which these can be used? (Done SW loads of times)
Please help me 😫
