Was doing well with weight loss and exercise and fitness last year. Unfortunately a several week long chest infection follows by xmas and all the stuff leading up to that and then kneelingbg on Lego and damaging my knee for 6 weeks meant that I have.put back on half a stone and cane barely run 4K.
I'm finding it really hard to get back on the zone so while watching a programme in which one of the characters went to an obese bootcamp place o was wondering if I could recreate that at home
I was thinking (I was thinking 1 week at a time)
Get up 6 am and do a circuit at home of squats, press ups etc
Then after taking kids to school going to gym and either doing a class or doing an hour of various machines in the gym and then following it with a swim and sauna.
I then work in the afternoons but ten could do another class or a run when DH gets home.
I would then couple this with a low calorie diet mostly soup and fruit and veg.
I need to lose 2 stone as well as get fit again for various races I have booked in later in the year.
Good idea or crazy??
