Can any MFP experts help me out please?
Have recently synced my Fitbit to MFP and am confused about activity levels and exercise calories!
I run and walk in excess of 10,000 steps everyday, often doing nearer 20k on a running day.
I've set my activity level to lightly active on MFP - should I be eating any calories back from the adjustment I see on MFP based on my Fitbit activity?
