Like lots of people I'd like to start the new year with a fresh look at my diet and loose some weight, I've probably got got 1.5 - 2 stone to loose. I've done low carb before, lost loads of weight and then craved toast and gone off big style. I'm lazy and hate cooking, I work full time my Dh does a lot of cooking and is also up for a change. Low carb has made me doubt low cal, weight watcher and the like, so what would you try?
