Dh and I are embarking on Whole30 in January (prob start on 5th), he's an omnivore whereas I am mainly plant based - for environmental reasons really. Have found local sustainable fishermen collective though so rather than do the vegetarian version which seems to be a bit pointless if doing it for gut health, I'm going to attempt pescatarian (we get eggs from our neighbour so I can include them)
Anyone about to start out with Whole30 and want to share tips and recipes and meal plans?
