Chicken Bovril Slimming World....

I'm new to slimming world and looking through the recipes, it mentions chicken stock made with bovril quite a lot.

Looking at the groceries on Tesco.com the only thing they have is chicken bovril drink?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me? As you may well be able to tell, I'm not a natural cook and easily get confused!!

I do believe chicken bovril is a drink. Slimming World reccomend we use this as stock as it has no syns so we can use it freely.

If you prefer to use a stock cube then that's fine but they do contain 1 sin each.

Ive just discovered '10 cal soup' these are also syn free and make lovely stock in casseroles.
