How do I edit nutritional info in mfp??

First time I've used it. Entered info for 100g instead of a serving now it thinks I've eaten loads and can't seem to change it day 1 fail

Tap on the name of the food, and it should take you to a screen where you can change the amount consumed (or move it to a different meal - a handy feature if you're copying yesterday's dinner leftovers to today's lunch; took me ages to spot that one)

Thanks! I've managed to change it to say I only ate a 3rd so now calories are correct. It's going to take some getting used to this

I felt I had to be dragged kicking and screaming to MFP, because I didn't want to be thinking about food in that way, nor inputting all the time.
But very much to my surprise, I found it became really automatic really easily. I hope it all comes right for you, SadSock
