Finally sorting out my baby weight after having two children two years apart. Im about a stone heavier than I was pre children but I was really slim so I don't need to lose weight as such I just need to tone really as my hips and thighs are wobbly!
I've just bought downloaded davina fit in 15 as I love that it's just a short workout that I can do once kids are in bed and still get an early night.
If I do think a few times a week and eat relatively sensibly could I achieve less wobbly-ness?! Or any recommendations for better quick work outs? Also doing it regularly to try and encourage my very overweight husband to get fitter too.
