I seriously need to lose weight (as does DH), I am sick of weight loss clubs so just want to eat normal, healthy sized portions of food but I actually don't think I know how to anymore, I am googling away and coming across lots of different things but does anyone know of a good site I can use for recipes and advice, I mean since I did SW & WW I don't think I know what a normal bloody portion size is anymore...it's ridiculous, I just want to be normal!
