I am 33 and 5 foot 6 high. I eigh 14.2 stone.

I know that's not good... I used to be slim...prior to 3 kids...

My self esteem is at an all time low. I don't even recognise myself anymore.

No one knows me. I've by ought this ok NHmmmsma pea tocslpl

I know the feeling of seeing those numbers on the scales, but if you take control of it now, you'll be 13 something in a week or so, and so on. Focus on that.
