The Body Coach - a few questions

It sounds really good but just wondering if it would be practical for me.

Are there any guidelines for eating out?
What are breakfasts like? I cannot stomach eggs in the morning
Are the meals like the ones in his books and can they be substituted?
What size weights do you need for the exercises?

Hi WorkInProgress sorry I can't answer your questions specifically (I'm sure someone more useful will come along soon) but I just wanted to suggest that you also check out the Freedom Diet Coach diet plan - I'm on it and am finding it really quite doable - there's a thread further down about it. The breakfasts on my plan are very varied, there are some eggy ones but also porridge, smoothies, muesli etc. There are guidelines for eating out and I've found the exercise guidelines really fitted in with the answers I gave on my questionnaire and so I've been able to stick with it.
Hope this helps x
