Well hope you can keep it going. You could join Sw or WW online if you can't manage out to get weighrd etc.
Just a thought

misdee · 20/01/2007 08:27

i am doing that one people dont like much, slim fast. once peter is fixed and back home i am joining the rosemary colony classes GI jeans i think it is. atm its too much juggling to get to classes.

i am surprised at how muhcon the plan i can have and am struggling so having extras than they say.

yesterday i had 2 shakes, slice of cheese on toast (using 10g of cheese not the 50g they say), banana, apple, and fishpie with loads of brocolli.

i'm not a morning person so the shakes works well. but i have it about 10.30 lol.

Well done misdee! With all you have going on that is a real achievement.

misdee · 20/01/2007 08:28

'struggling to eat it all so have less than they say.'

agalch · 20/01/2007 08:31

Good for you,i didn't know you could have that much on slim fast.

I am slightly addicted to slimming atm i think.Love getting on the scales and have my teacher pat me on the head and say well done lol

misdee · 20/01/2007 08:33

yes. they work it on 6 a day, rather than 3.

OP posts:
agalch · 20/01/2007 08:37

Thats better than slim fast used to be,i'm sure i half heartedly did it once(before i was chubby).

Weather rubbish so wont get out today and will struggle not to ear rubbish today.

Will think slim thought of my dress all day

misdee · 20/01/2007 08:39

i have a size 16 outfit in my wardrobe from the last time i started slimming about 18months ago. cost me a lot for just jeans and a top. determined to get into it and wear it this year.

agalch · 20/01/2007 08:57

I'm sure that someone as strong as you can do it Misdee!!!

I have to keep gong or else i won't get into my dress which is a 16.Must keep off the wine tho,my only downfall.

Did you lose weight when fully bfing? My "friend" reckons thats the reason i'm losing weight.

Budababe · 20/01/2007 09:00

Good result misdee.

I too have about 6 stone to lose. Started off well on SW a couple of weeks ago but it has gone by wayside this week.

Am not feeling too good - throat/chest infection and on anti-bs but am planning on getting back to in on Monday.

Wish I could get Slimfast here.

CheesyFeet · 20/01/2007 09:40

Well done Misdee

I lost 5 lb this week too, doing RC's GI Jeans diet.

Come and join us on the BifMoFo's weightloss thread, we are all trying to lose 5+ stone

misdee · 27/01/2007 16:36

agalch · 03/02/2007 16:14

Well done you!!

How much is that now? I am too scared to make the famous cake. I would eat it all for sure lol

misdee · 03/02/2007 16:20

9lb altogether this week was very hard. especially when peter was back in hospital.

ScoobyDooooo · 03/02/2007 16:26

Oh misdee i will join you i would like to lose about 2 stone, i have lost some already, but would be more motivated if i came here & spoke about it, just need to find a good diet to follow now, i was doing well up until this week, my af was due always feel like eating around this time, so monday i am back on track.

Well done you have done really well what an achiement in such little time

agalch · 03/02/2007 16:28

You must feel great and sooo proud of yourself.I'm not surprised you found it hard when Peter was back in hospital.

Worry, stress and lonliness(sp)must be a recipe for overeating. It is for me and i don't have the health worries you have

Dp will is at work now and then he will be driving a taxi tonight to get extra cash for our wedding in April, and i will really struggle cos he is at home every night usually(never goes out).

But you have done great, keep it up!!

Dottydot · 03/02/2007 16:48

Misdee - you're doing brilliantly, especially considering the stress you're under. I find the evenings the hardest time when dp is working and I automatically head to the kitchen. But I'm back on the wagon as of last Thursday and doing OK - good luck for this week!

misdee · 03/02/2007 16:49

i had had l;ittle evening projects to keep me busy. i also have 100cal or less snacks dotted about. a bag of apple crisps is 35cal and absolutly gorgeous.

OP posts:
Dottydot · 03/02/2007 16:53

ooh you're good! I save a strip of green and black's dark orange chocolate for the evening - I think it's about 150cals!

misdee · 10/02/2007 21:18
