Basically, i've touched on slimming world and calorie counting.
I really want to lose weight but i just don't have the staying power, i really annoy myself! I've successfully lost up to a stone with the above 2 methods at various times, but i seem to get to the stone mark then go off track.

I'm looking for something that is not complex to follow. What methods are others' following? Any tips?

That's the exact issue with diets! Not sustainable and you see yourself as on or off them which means yoyoing. Very bad for your metabolism.

Instead, try incorporating the bits you like and the bits you know worked and make it your new lifestyle.
