Basically, i've touched on slimming world and calorie counting.
I really want to lose weight but i just don't have the staying power, i really annoy myself! I've successfully lost up to a stone with the above 2 methods at various times, but i seem to get to the stone mark then go off track.
I'm looking for something that is not complex to follow. What methods are others' following? Any tips?
