Quite possibly. I've taken up running. Have DS who is 10 months old. Up until he was 9 months I was working at a stables everyday doing physical work which helped me lose my baby weight pretty quick. But now I'm a stahm I've put on weight[sad] So now ds is in bed I've taken up running Also would like to join the gym in the next week or two to work on strength and toning up! Probably going to need some encouragement to get off my Arse at the end of everyday! Tips, advice or just a chit chat to help much appreciated [grin][grin]
