Low carbing and insomnia

I have put on quite a lot of weight in the last few months and I am thinking of going back to low carbing which worked very well for me in the past. However one problem I had when I first did it was that I had to get up to wee at least 3 times a night, sometimes more. This worries me as I am perimenopausal and have a lot of trouble sleeping. If I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the loo chances are I won't go back to sleep. Any tips?

Weeing in the night will only last a week or two and it is GOOD WEEING!!! It's the fluids you have clung on to saying ADIOS!
