Hi, Im new top these boards..

I'm currently on Lipotrim to help me loose weight before my pregnancy. I have 42lbs to loose.

Any success stories will be greatly appreciated

It's a food replacement regime.

I'd be quite wary tbh. What approach are you using at the moment?

Hey, what do you mean approach?

If you mean what im doing, I'm having 2 litres of water, 3 shakes a day. And walking a lot more/working out.

No food.
