Has anyone done a teatox?

Skinny mint has been popping up all over my news feed recently. I had a look at lots of similar ones and it seems legit (not the wow a stone lighter bit, but the herbs to help with bloating / sorting the system etc). Skinny mint has senna which scares me but I've found a few without it and am wondering if it's worth a try - has anyone done it?

I've done skinny mint and it's a waste of money. It tastes nice enough but did nothing for me, even with healthy eating and exercise.
