Exercycle - this is serious!!

I have bought an exercycle thing, hate exercising aside from sex and horseriding (not nec in that order bu lack of horse here makes it tough to opt for..)
How much should I do each day to *maximise" weightwatchers plan, one half to a stone to lose left!!!

About 3 points for half an hour vigerous exercise
So half hour a day (or every other) and do not use the points earnt

Am walking lots too and this cycle is to target the flab...
am happy enough on 18 points... I think, booze is the worst thing for us..
