I got a lovely blender thing for Christmas and I want to get healthy and slimmer in the new year. My job means I don't have a lot of time during the dsy to cook so I often overload on carbs / convenient food. I am thinking I can take one or two smoothie type drinks with me to work to keep me full during the day and then have a sensible dinner.
I want to be healthy, sensible, getting the right nutrients and not too much sugar. I am looking into green smoothies and also wondering about soups that I can reheat when I get home (I have about 15mins for lunch, at home)
Any ideas, recipes, thughts etc hlpful. Should I count calories too?
