Well I've made it from 12st7 to 10st13, but I really want to get under 10st! Also my healthy bmi is 10st4
, so I would like to go further into the healthy zone.
It's all feeling a bit slow and mundane now, as I've stuck at 10st13 for 2 weeks (poorly toddler, been stuck in the house, biscuits for company, lack of sleep... No excuses I know).
I'm thinking of doing the 30 week shred and 16:8 with 1300 calories. That's got to start shifting again surely?! Also trying to have protein/veg and not so much on the carb front.
Any advice or kicking much appreciated.
