It's three weeks to christmas and my work christmas party on Friday.
I need to loose half a stone and several inches. ( the dress is too tight)
I'm off this week so i have decided drastically measures are required. I'm going to try my own form of boot camp.

If anyone would like to join me that's wonderful, otherwise I'm using this as my motivator.

Daily plan
Shred level one
Walking
Running 30 mins
Pilates 40 mins
Tone it up Tuesday arm work out
Housework.

I'm cutting out the carbs completely, reducing the wine intake to one bottle a week and reducing the calories.

There we go its written down now so I will HAVE to do it.
Measurements are under bust 28. waist 28.5. Belly 34. Hips 37. Thighs 21.5.

I'm In!
I also need to lose half a stone. I have 2 weeks to do it Shock

Plan of action is:

Gym every day, even if it's only half an hour.
Ab toning exercises every day (there's good one on youtube called 9 minutes to a flat stomach)
No chocolate
No cake
No biscuits
No wine at all, until I reach my goal.
Lots of water

I'm 10 Stone 3/4 as we speak and want to get down to 10.2

We Can Do This!
Good Luck to us! Smile

Excellent! I'm off for my run ( its raining hard)
Will look at the abs, because that the worst area.

I do this one. It's good and only takes a few minutes.

viioletsarentblue · 30/11/2015 11:20

It's not 9 minutes, it's 9 exercises. Grin
(but it only takes about 9 - 10 mins)

Don't cut out carbs, it will make you want them more. Just use MyFitnessPal and restrict to 1200kcals per day. Works brilliantly. Smile

I have to have my carbs.
Restricting them's the way to go (for me)

I'd did the ab work out...it's good! Thank you I'll add that one in to boot camp.
