Diet shakes any good?

Hi I need to kick start my diet, I have a BMI of 28 and since having the baby I feel very unhealthy.

I don't have a lighter life near me...I don't drive so getting anywhere too far out is a nightmare.

I have started going for a run now which has helped, and I want to push it along a bit....is celebrity slim any good?

Slim and Save or Exante diets are very similar to Lighterlife and can be ordered online, so no need to attend weekly classes.
