Hi everyone,
I've just started on the Dukan diet - began the Attack phase on Sunday and now on my 4th day today.
There's been a couple of support threads for Dukaneers here in the past so just wondered if any fellow MNers on the Dukan diet might be interested in joining this current thread? :)
Was thinking we could exchange recipe ideas, put meal plans on the thread and also use it for encouragement and keeping each other going before the Christmas party season (encouragement much needed here at the moment!!)
